Watermelon provides key antioxidants to protect against cell damage and chronic inflammation, and the enzyme bromelain in pineapple helps with digestion and inflammation. Not only is this smoothie absolutely delicious, every ingredient has anti-inflammatory properties. Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS FOR 2 SERVINGS

2 cups frozen watermelon

1 cup frozen pineapple

1 peeled orange

0.5 cup coconut milk (or other non-dairy milk)

1.5 cups coconut water

1 tsp grated fresh ginger

0.5 tsp turmeric powder (read more)
